Booking & Cancellation Policy
General Terms
1. The guest acknowledges that they have been informed about all warnings, notices, applications, explanations, etc., regarding the use and services within adavillas.com.
2. In the event of reservations made by individuals under the age of 18, the completion of accommodation services is subject to being accompanied by the parent/guardian/legal representative of the person under 18. Otherwise, accommodation services cannot be provided to individuals under 18, and no refunds will be made.
3. In the places where accommodation services are provided, the guest agrees:
- Not to engage in noisy behavior,
- Not to play loud music,
- Not to engage in behavior that disturbs the peace of others,
- Not to possess any weapons prohibited by law,
- Not to possess or use drugs, etc.,
- Not to harbor wanted persons/fugitives by law,
- Not to possess flammable or explosive substances,
- To confirm that they do not carry infectious diseases, and there are no individuals carrying diseases with them,
- To comply with the rules regarding pets,
- Not to use the place of accommodation for purposes other than its intended use,
- Not to partially or completely allow the use of the place under any name (rental, sublease, transfer, and any kind of usage),
- Not to accept anyone without permission for overnight stays or visits,
- The owner is not responsible for physical or material damages arising from the negligence, fault, or conditions of use of the guest and/or accompanying persons in the place of accommodation.
- If there are public or private pools on the premises where accommodation services are provided, to comply with the rules and instructions of the owner(s) regarding the use of the pools,
- During the period of accommodation, to be responsible for potential accidents, damages, and actions of themselves and other accompanying persons due to their own fault,
- Not to use the place of accommodation for any illegal activities during the period of accommodation and not to allow such activities,
- Not to cause damage to the fixtures in the place of accommodation, and in case of damage, to compensate for this damage from the deposit; if the amount of damage exceeds the deposit, to immediately and without any notice or warning, pay this damage,
- To acknowledge and accept the information regarding the duration of accommodation, check-in/out times, number of persons, payment method, fee, usage conditions, deposit, cancellation, and refund conditions,
- The guest acknowledges that they have reviewed the visuals of the place where accommodation services will be received, looked at its location, and is aware of the climate conditions on the usage date and agrees to use it accordingly (e.g., knowing whether private and public pools are heated-hot and/or suitable for winter use in cases where it is not stated whether the pools can be used on the accommodation date).
- To adhere to general moral and ethical rules and neighborly laws.
The guest accepts, declares, and undertakes.
Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel their reservation up to 30 days before the reservation entry date, and in this case, the prepayment will be refunded. If the cancellation is made or the entry is not made within less than 30 days, the guest is obliged to pay the entire remaining reservation amount.
In the case of reservation date changes requested by the guest, a change in date will be made if there is availability. However, if the period prices differ for the requested date, the changed amount will be reflected in the reservation.
