Our Superior villas have exactly the same layout, facilities & furnishing with out Deluxe villas however they offer partial sea views from their gardens, but fantastic sea views from their terraces. All villas have the same interior design and furnishings and consist of 4 bedrooms, 1 lounge, 3 bathrooms, and a full kitchen.
On the ground floor, there is a large garden with a private pool, a lounge, and a bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom is also suitable for elderly and guests with special needs. In addition, the bathroom toilet on this floor offers maximum comfort to our guests by allowing access from both the lounge and the bedroom.
On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms. One of them is the master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom inside the room. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. These two bedrooms have a shared bathroom with access from inside both the rooms.

Each of our villas is surrounded by trees and is mostly not visible from the outside. However, they are not surrounded by fully sheltered tarpaulins.
A deposit of EUR-200 in cash is collected upon arrival and the villa is checked upon departure. If there is no damage, the deposit is returned in cash in the same way. In case of damage, it is determined together with the guest, and the amount of damage is collected from the deposit and the remaining amount is returned to the guest. When more than the deposit amount is assessed, the guest is obliged to pay the remaining amount.
