For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
For cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the check-in date, no refund will be provided. Reservations are non-refundable during this period.
If any scheduled installment is not paid by the specified payment due date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. In such cases, any amounts paid by the guest up to the cancellation date will be refunded.
Any bank transfer, wire transfer, transaction or similar fees incurred in connection with a cancellation or refund are the responsibility of the guest. Applicable bank charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.
For installment payments, the full installment amount must be received in our account without any deductions. Any fees or charges applied by the guest’s bank or payment provider are the responsibility of the guest.
